Geschichte

Die Stadt ging am 1. Oktober 2005 aus dem Zusammenschluss der Stadt Takefu (ζ­¦η”ŸεΈ‚, -shi) und der Gemeinde Imadate (δ»Šη«‹η”Ί, -chō) des gleichnamigen Landkreises hervor.
